Made by a pilot for pilots, the RV-12iS “T-Handle Replacement Throttle” consists of a selection of TO/GA or PTT switch and cable within a power lever designed and manufactured to install over the existing RV-12iST power lever after the removal of the OEM T handle configuration..

It is manufactured in the USA by Swearingen 3D works of Marion IA., packaged in the USA an,d distributed by the designer. Everything you order is prepared just for you, only after you order. Upon order, your configuration options are checked and incorporated, final assembly completed, and continuity checks performed to assure the value and performance I have designed for you.

The power lever grip consists of a 4.4 inch 3D printed power lever (PL), designed for the RV-12iS driver using a vertical oval cross section formed into a right hand grip, finished in flat black UV resistant urethane and contoured in finger grip pattern.

As a replacement to the OEM CT-01205 T-handles of the RV-12iST (as pictured), the “T-Handle Replacement Throttle” is sized to provide adequate leg room of the pilot, adequately clear the existing PROP or MIXTURE lever while still retaining the throttle ergonomics of the original VANs throttle quadrant. The TO/GA or PTT switch is contained within the PL, and is operated by the pad of the index finger of the student or the instructor.

This is the “T-Handle Replacement Throttle” that provides a remove and replace option to your CT-12 series of VANs throttle quadrant T-Handle. Per your selection, the throttle grip contains either of two switches, a “TO/GA” switch or a “PTT’ switch rated as follows:

The switch is mounted within the grip, wired and provided with 20 inches of 22 AWG, Shielded TEFZEL, three conductor,

functionally tested wire harness.

Switch also available in DPDT ON-ON logic. Such a purpose may be for a simultaneous dual camera operation or a reversing

switch for a motor (Discuss option at purchase)
