Period aircraft photographs show this Piper nameplate in two distinct color configurations. This reproduction is therefore offered in two customer-selectable versions: the Black Background version with white PIPER lettering, and the White Background version with blue PIPER lettering. Both retain the distinctive red-and-blue Piper flag and chrome-style dimensional detailing.

Unlike flat replacement decals applied directly to the fuselage, this sculpted, multi-color reproduction is designed to preserve the dimensional character of the original Piper nameplate.
